Thats what I thought. I thought the TA's usually give out that information. I think the company told them not to give out the info until after the hearings which is when IMO they will will start releasing news.

The transfer agent should be allowed to release info to shareholders.

Contact PMCL first and tell them that the new transfer agent is not releasing information to shareholders and you will be filing a complaint with the SEC unless you are told the number of outstanding shares.

File a complaint with the SEC.

I'm tired of the nonsense in the stock market. Everything that I see, even if I'm not holding shares, is getting reported to the SEC.
