It looks like some spectacular MM manipulation is under way today. Time and sales shows:

But real time bid and ask gives a bid of .002 and an ask of .0023.

Maybe the picture will clarify during the trading day, but so far it looks as if the MMs want to push the share price way down, for reasons of their own.
