I spoke to someone from the Promo Company!
They said all Promo orders will ship next week and that it was said on TV that the shipping time would be 4-6 weeks.
He also Said that all orders will be shipped in Bulk and the message everyone is getting on the website will be changed until the order actually ships.I hope this helps everyone with a promo order out.
