Just got off the phone with Ameritrade regarding the Share Certification Form and here is what they asked me to do:

1. Complete the Personal Information section on top of the form.

2. Submit the form along with a cover letter to fax #:
816-243-3769 ATT: Reorganization Dept.

I will make sure I include my TDA's A/C number on the cover page.

If you fax your form today, more likely your will receive the completed form by the end of the week, but don't hold your breath on that.

Sounds to me there is a big N/S in this.

So, Ameritrade says they have not received a NOBO request from PNMS, and PNMS says they repeatedly asked for it?

Now PNMS is walking away from this, saying they are more important things?
