What amazes me is that there are MANY people who put their money in a savings account, presently yielding on 1-2%, and they walk away and forget about it, while SO MANY here have put their money down, and watch it like a hawk.
We hit .21. Somebody is frustrated and selling. No biggie. Kudos to whoever has funds to buy while cheap.
Since I don't have funds at the moment, am confident in my investment, and the sun is shining, I'm going to the beach
