I recall Keith saying in a PR or an e-mail that the O/S would never be greater than 50M.
also, ethanol is definitely a suspect plan, it masks the true costs IMO. Wastes good farmland that could be used for food, thus contributes to inflation.. Its cleaner burning so they say but if you have to use more volume per mile then how much 'cleaner' is it? They have been trying to develop the ethanol business here in Saskatchewan, subsidizing it and the whole bit, I think its a joke - usually if Saskatchewan is subsidizing something, it is probably not viable.
