it's an example of the fundamentals side. management spent $1M in cash and stock for electrowave, a company that may do $16M+ annually (on a prorated basis), and this doesn't even include any organic growth beyond the first 13 business days of may... :)

with momentum and fundamentals combining, imo DPDW will be the perfect storm this summer.
