I don't believe so surf BUT, if he does say that, then the fact only $50k more was used, and 700 million shares issued, then this is a fake out. Because like you said 50,000,000 is $50,000 at .001. So that means 650,000,000 shows up in the O/S, and wasn't sent to service providers, and couldn't be the company selling for cash cause the 504 only went up by 50k.
