It will be a minimum of 2 years before being uplisted to Amex....OTC could be done in a shorter time, IMO...

I don't think you can make a statement of "We are also going to a larger board before long" without some sort of proof...and I don't think Hemi ever said that in so many words....

So far as not being a "pinkie run stock", it is nothing else but....they don't even file or have audited financials and many Pinkies do...
