I can't answer your other questions. I only know what I have researched.

You will have to ask other, more knowledgeable iHUBBERS to further your knowledge on these other questions. Thanx.

redwards--

Hemi Energy is licensed to operate in Kansas and indeed is the operator of record for the leases it has acquired. The COO of Hemi lives in Tulsa, OK and supervises and oversees the Kansas operations both in Woodson and Montgomery counties. They currently have a handful of Hemi Energy employees rework the wells, refurbish and repair equipment, and handle the pumping/delivery of the oil from Hemi Wells. The COO (Craig) hires and supervises contractors that perform drilling, cementing, frac, acid and the other services needed to produce oil.

The KCC site has been used as verification that Hemi Energy Group is indeed licensed and in good standing as an operator in Kansas. The landowner gets his %ORRI from the oil/gas production, and Hemi Energy gets the remaining revenue and bears the production expenses.

Hope this helps.

These days, in the 'Wild West' known as Pinksheets, just having a clean background speaks volumes. Successes are all a matter of one's own judgment.

I won't truly be (in business or financially) successful til I've made $10M. Others have different ideas/thoughts on success though.
