Is that where you're hanging your hat? May be short sighted. Investopedia says:
"Dilution
A reduction in earnings per share of common stock that occurs through the issuance of additional shares or the conversion of convertible securities."
I would think as many here do that the move you are referring to adds value to the company as many have raved with excitement about the potential of China "paypal". You would seem to choose to spin it as dilution which by definition would decrease shareholder value. Remember, if the deal goes off, we're talking restricted shares. Maybe you need to be responsible about what you communicate and how you deliver it given your matter of fact speaking I'm sure influences some that read this board and might just believe what you say. You as well as everyone are entitled to their own thoughts and opinions.... free speech rules.. but be responsible..back it up.
Also, as far as what might seem like attacks, don't slap me with your "common sense" remarks then give a disclaimer at the end. That doesn't work with me, sorry. If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck.. quacks like a duck.. well, you know.. It's probably a duck.
Fuels, liquids and engine cleaning agents can have an adverse affect on the human neurological system.. please adequately ventilate and use appropriate respirator as required. :O)
Oh, and lastly, as you speak again about something you obviously know nothing about, wolves are typically not aggressive, unless of course you're a wild duck..then I'd worry.
Esprit: "Increasing shareholder value"
Hardly dilution I would say.
