According to NWOG website, in 2005 NWOG-Saratov signed lease agreement with Saratovneftegaz for using North-Vasnetsovskoye, Stepnovskoye, Kalininskoye, and Goryuchkinskoye producing fields. NWOG was the first company in Russia that received short-term 1-year re-newed licenses from "non-distributed fund" http://szng.ru/ist.html .
As you know Russneft (current owner of Saratovneftegaz: http://www.sng.ru/ ) is in big trouble now... which may (or may not) mean some future benefits for NWOG.
