(and break)the market.
The only time it gets better is getting off the pink sheets, and they can still run a company into the ground if they want.
Big boards have the least of it, then OTCBB. Maybe the new SEC grandfather clause will fix it up a little in the next approx. 70days but my guess is they'll find some loophole or the SEC just won't follow up.
Sucks, but it's part of the game. That's why having real time L2 helps if you are trading a stock. (If you believe you have found an investment potential, such as this one for you, then you just hope they put out the numbers and MMs can lose control on volume. MMs often lose interest later on as profitable business with reports, filings, and numbers are not as easily driven into the ground where they won't be forced to cover)
