#2048 RE: Brookwinn #2047

Let me clarify something right now. The company is NOT the ones that will be purchasing Munro's shares.

Representatives of the company are helping to oversee the negotiations of the purchase of his shares, the company's attorneys are in physical possession of the shares, but the purchase is being made by an investment group. This investment group will own the shares, not the company. And remember, all but 5.3M of these shares will be free-trading.

Obviously, it is hoped/expected that this investment group is purchasing these shares as a long-term investment opportunity, but I honestly do not know what agreements have been made on the terms & conditions of the purchase.

When all is said and done, insiders will own 80% of the OS, and the general public will own 20%, or 50M shares.
