From these numbers, anything lower than book value is a steal. PPS at .019 is really a steal.
I think the company determine common to preferred conversion's value at .06 a share is right on target.
Anything lower than .06 as far as common stock price goes is IN-THE-MONEY
If O/S happens to be only 800-850 millions, value per each shares is double my figures above.
NOW ... are the numbers put out by the company REAL, LEGIT? That is what my concern is. Also, what is "Other Income" of $7.2 million is all about? That's HUGE.
