I don't think it's a virus or firewall issue.

Can you ping test2.cybertrader.com? If so, what IP address does it give you? (To ping: Start > Run > 'cmd' [enter] > 'ping test2.cybertrader.com' [enter] )

Have you tried adjusting the settings from within the program itself? Sometimes, you have to route it around a firewall or you can often pick a different server for it to connect to. If everything else on your system is working fine ie. going to other sites, I'd point the finger directly at the settings in the program, or Schwab.
