toofoolishtoo thanks. when i talked to td ameritrade and she told me that it was an exchange and then i saw the "pr" with the word exchange, it got my curiosity up. thought i would put it out there to get some info. i am a huge supporter of ptel. ive owned this stock (mfys) (mdfy) since march of 05. i thought i would have been rich by now a few times (lol) anyway thanks again go ptel
