I just called and it's 250mil. The capital amount is $25k not the as.

I just called the same number. The lady I spoke with was very clear and stated the AS is 250mil shares -- no new addendums or filings and the capital share amount is $25k - the latter number is for filing tax purposes.

That AS of 50 mil is for Hidaldo Mining Inc - the Jefferson A Bootes company that was newly incorporated 2 weeks ago.

Where did you find out there has been foreign shorting on this? Can't imagine there is tangible evidence so soon to validate the recent decline.
