many factors Flat...from infancy as a show, to lacking PR's, to management, to weak investors, manipulation, to flipper and day traders...all these things cause it to stagnate and even drop...and I am sure I left out many others. noone said this is perfect, but, I do see they(company) making changes as to better this show, and addressing investor concerns...might not happen in a snap, but, they do have a show to tape.
Lets not forget the people who daily try to under mind the company's every move.

Decline of 95% is easy. The stock went from a float of 7 million to 130 million. Duh! How smart do you have to be to figure out why the stock is trading so low?
