I have stated numbers of times here that this isn't trading like a company ready to be bought out. And it's really risky and that I only bet what I can afford to loose here.

Nothing in your post ever appeared in a Company PR, this however did:

"I further urge you to ignore all the speculation about this takeover/merger. No one knows the final details and everything right now is considered hearsay. As soon as we are allowed, you will know exact details and what you the shareholder will gain from this transaction."

Notice the lack of any qualifying phrases in the release, good advice from Alexey for all longs.
