More than likely he didnt get your $$ it was whoever sold you shares the day(s) that you decided to buy. As far as the shares that may or may not be in escrow, well nobody has a lick of proof they have gone into the market. Someone has been accumulating. Is it ONLY the longs or mm's? I don't think so and I hope not. If there was a rush to buy shares, it would be interesting to see how long it would take and how much volume it would take to get back to 10 cents.
