Until I see the details I won't know for sure but the PR'd deal with J.H. Darbie was for restricted shares I believe.
Further...I don't know of any dilution for the last few months. If anyone has spoken with the T.A. and found differently please let me know.
Do you think it is a coincidence that we were finally just removed from the sho list after nearly 20 days the day before this REGDEX was seen?
Do you not think it is interesting that we had a total of 15k shares traded yesterday, none at ask, and yet all the .015's have mysteriously disappeared and ask is now sitting at .018?
No, we aren't screwed...might be a good precaution to buckle your seat belt though. I think this horse may be about to buck.
