that announcement from pa was only if the 10 filing... this will not be a 10... so no one should expect that number... expect a bit higher and all will be well in our little gem... that is the out that that number was for another situation over a year ago... therefore no need for a sell down from here on any shares count in the 1.2 billion area in my opinion...
