Who is trying to bring the price down?

Today Lem posted some interesting links. We learned the medify web site is down (I thought they were still in business)Turpinator shared his experiences with A2A. And we established that A2A has a total market cap of $7.5 million, almost half a billion outstanding shares, a current PPS of 1.5 cents, precious little revenue, plenty of net losses, and 5 trades in the last 8 weeks. Interesting stats for a company, whose acquisition will pay out $207 million in dividends to PTEL shareholders... (someone is playing some tax games, I think.)
