So when I divide the ebitda by a max of 815,000,000 shares I come out to .008, which is a third of the pps. Gee whiz, I don't see one damn thing wrong with that.

I'm wandering how are the ways dilution occurs, can the company just sell more shares to the public, or does it have to be a second official offering or just private placements?
