I agree and that was one of my reasons and points I put on my risk factor with this stock. I have seen it before where companies will supposedly get another company involved via merger, buyout, or whatever, and before you know it, one or both companies disappear. I felt however for 1.4 cents/share I could take the risk.

Nlightn, you and your ilk puzzle me:

"WHAT some don't realize"

Do you think we invested in this company believing it was a blue chip? The stock is trading at less than 2 cents. We realize that it is a crap shoot.

Admit what? We don't know what's going on. Is this what we should admit? Read a few posts, you will see that we also know this. If what we are afraid to admit is a scam, please "nlightn" us with facts. Spare us the regurgitation of red flags we already know about.

In other words, try to bring something to the table besides the obvious.
