Jim, did you see what Delmar added to the S-8 in the filing a week or so back? The filing surprised me because he had issued a whopper on 5/14. The additional filing on 5/30 is for 0 shares, but here's the reason he filed:

This Post-Effective Amendment No. 7 to the Registration Statement on Form
S-8 of AmeriResource Technologies, Inc. (the "Registrant") is being filed
pursuant to General Instruction E of Form S-8 in connection with the filing of
a Second Amended 2005 Stock Incentive Plan as attached hereto, including
changes to Section 5(a) Exercise Price and subsection (f) to increase the
annual limit on Incentive Stock Options from $100,000 to $250,000 per
individual recipient of options.

Since Delmar's usually the "recipient", I've been counting shares, figuring we'd see a nice spike once he pocketed his $250K. So far, I estimate about 90 million at around .0015 avg for $135K.
