Why would the Russian Government give the licence to a American company? And make there own Russian Company pay this American company over 20 million dollars for this licence??And than take the company private. Why not just give it to the Russian company and let them find there own sales office on 46th ST? This whole picture does not look right DOES IT??

Also this office was ready to be moved in by Nov 7 2006 All of a sudden remodeling started in Jan 2007 Completed Apr 2007 kitchen fridge ext. Now all of a sudden June 2007 they will REMODEL AGAIN To me since Sept 2006 this is a con job
