#3150 RE: 98point6NY #3149

Personally, I see this halt as a good thing. It sends a message to the CVCP BOD that the SEC is serious. If you know anything about Vietnam, you know they are NOT used to these type of regulations.

Consider life in Vietnam; the average person does not pay taxes...only businesses and even that is a simple process. Want to buy a house in Vietnam, you usually pay ALL CASH. The average person gets an electric/water/naturalgas/land line phone bill that is pennies in comparison to U.S. rates. The government offsets the cost of utilities for the average person.

What's my point? My point is life is very simple in Vietnam. Nobody, to include business people are used to regulations such as those we face in the United States. This halt is a wake up call. Expect much better results from CVCP in the future. I suspect this won't happen again. The SEC has sent up a red flag and CVCP has taken notice and now realize it's a red flag and not a red carpet. Don't sweat this halt. There's too many high rollers working on getting CVCP to the BIG board. It will happen in due time.

God bless.
