On pure spec here Raw, lets say over the next 2 months Uwink announces oh i dunno, lets call it 4 more similar deals in different regions. You'd now have 15 future Uwink's franchises, 3 company owned. Does anyone out there that's a big numbers guy wanna take a guess at an "added value" per store?
I know we don't know alot about revenues generated etc. The franchise announcement was kind of vague really. UP to 3 restaurants over the next 4 years, no mention of when construction of the first one will begin, I mean I suppose they could build all 3 in year 4? There wasn't much mention of when a first one HAS to be built. I'd like to see that. No monetary info was given out either. Costs to OCC etc? Lots of questions still need answering.
I am very curious though about what everyone out there thinks though on "added value" per location.
It's truly quite awesome to think about. I mean if we are to expect most area deals to look similar to this we could be looking at 50 restaurants in the pipeline within a year? Would sure be nice.
