LOL, I'll bet. The request is actually pretty straight forward. A client is asking for validation of how many shares they held in their account on a certain day.

You can bet that the Panamersa legal team knows how to handle it. This is going to get really comical soon.

I called TD Ameritrade last week and spoke to them about the dividend. They claimed that on April 27th, 2007, they had a note claiming they had send the shareholder list to PNMS. PNMS says they did not receive the list.

I e-mailed TDA and asked them to e-mail me the comments from April 27th. They have not responded, it's been a week. They are getting all their wires crossed, and seem pretty mixed up. If you have a TDA account, call and ask them about those comments, and try to get it in writing.
