Since it says "PLTF'S MTN TO ENFORCE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT" it would seem RA didn't do what he agreed to do, which is not surprising.

Well, let's see. There's this:

Though that's not entirely clear, it seems that the auction house is pissed off that they've been involved in this mess, and wants to interplead whatever "retained items" it has left. That would mean that they want to turn those items over to the Court. The Court would retain custody until it's determined who actually owns them.

Unfortunately, there are no new Minutes, which might offer a more detailed explanation.
