I doubt the russell folks believe in manipulation.
a steady short campaign would drive it down and steady buy program would drive it up. someone left off the gas peddle on May 31st for a few minutes and we were able to see what this baby can do when ready.
just b/c the pps is held in check does not suggest manipulation.
if anything there is interest or why bother shorting as vol has gone up 6 fold since two years ago.
you remember snic, the short interest here is miniscule.
dndn,nvax,bcrx,avii,gern,medx and almost any smallcap stock I can find in bt have a larger short % than pphm...The higher our short goes, the better......
I'd like to see us kicked out of the russell along with a big news story right around June 22 to see that 20m share day buy those shares over $2.00.....
