Miagi, the concept of a short squeeze caused by naked shorting in combination with a rising stock price is quite simple,
in essence ETMO claims that hundreds of millions of shares have been sold illegaly by certain companies, what makes it illegal is that they did not bother trying to borrow the stock and short it (which is a perfectly legitimate trading activity), no instead they just made believe that they own the shares and simply sold them into the market,
now, their plan is to never having to repurchase those shares if they are successful in destroying this company and driving the stock price down even further,
what they did not count on is that we have a real company with real products and a very feisty CEO who is determined to fight the shorters to the death, he has already spent a huge sum in organizing a strategy to kill the shorts and in my humble opinion what you are about to witness is this plan actually being implemented and used agains the shorts,
the working theory is that as they are forced to repurchase real shares to cover their illegal sales they will drive the pice up quite quickly,
in my opinion that is exactly what is about to happen,
