I agree but someone with an active Clerk of Court account should check. I got cheap because things are going so well with the court cases and so let mine expire.
Agreed, he is full of it. Why would an overworked court that has already rendered a judgment stating they will review the case again in one year, reverse themselves. It would take a very material event to cause a reversal and PBLS has already removed the cause(s) for the suit.
