AUSTONIA:
You do not have to slide the on/off switch to off then to on to restart. Just press play and it brings up the main menu with an option to resume exactly where you left off in the track when you stopped playing it. I posted this here:

Here's an important question that Gateway would like to know your answer on with respect to a firmware upgrade:

If the X20 had the ability to play songs in 'album' order w/o the use of a playlist and if more than 20 playlists were available. What would your percent rating have been?
