This leads to big downturns and volatility that experienced traders like to use for big percentage gains. You are really gambling with your $500 if you do not know the dynamics. Your questions about the stock market would lead any reasonable person to advise you to not invest in non reporting pink sheet companies. When you ask penny investors if it is a good idea, most will tell you to buy an ETF (Exchange Traded Fund) or a mutual fund. What else should they say, get out the credit cards and go long?
