World wide in developing countries like China but in the U.S. as the aging water/wastewater infrastructure needs replaced.

There is a 20 year parabolic wave of pipelines/ water and wastewater projected based on the mean time to failure of two large groups of pipes put in the U.S.

100 years ago in the east and 75 years ago in the west and it all starts failing about the same time because the new stuff isnt as good. its huge though, some cities may have to just move because the problem will be too big to fix

Qwave, if I may interject a bit. H2o will become a much bigger issue as we move forward for some of these reasons:1)useage increases,quantities are fixed 2) Decisions are politicized,often based on emotion,rather than empirical fact.3)The cheese has not yet become adequately binding to initiate the available technology to increase h2o supplies. I am not sure how to play any of this in regard to equities but I can guarantee that equity may have little to do with the ultimate solutions.
