#14587 RE: alliecorp #14586

Sure thing Allie, the documentation I refer to

is the 'training manual' for SpoozToolz. Basically - the user's guide. There is an immense amount to cover in the documentation. Because of the in-depth templates and the complexity of what the software can do, the docuemtation has to be as in-depth. Paul stated at the SH meeting that only when this documentation is ready will the product be released. Since training is critical to the success and adoptance of ST, he won't release it till its completed and done right. He realizes that this is a one time shot - timing is everything and if its not done right now, it won't catch on like it should in the marketplace.

Paul has a great business mind and knows what's going to make a great launch. He pulled ver.1 out of the market because he felt that if he left it out there and try to fix the problems with it that his chances of releasing another better version would be hurt. He wants this to be perfect. I've worked with new software before and I know just how important training and documentation is. If users can't figure out how to work the product easily, they will more than likey dump the product after the trial period - never paying a first subscription fee to figure out how the product should work. I'm more than happy to wait another week if it will help iron out the documentation and the overall feel of the product. I trust Paul to do this right and have no doubt he will.

Don't get me wrong, if Paul feels its all done now, I say go for it!

IMHO
