AURC respect for shareholders...unfortunately if the buyout is to happen then AURC has little reason to care about the shareholders. Their focus is with the buyer. The $.55 is in hands of buyer. We have nothing the BOD needs.

Yes , my patience as a long investor has been tested several times through this during the last few months.
