How else can you explain a CEO who says he will give out financials then only comes up with 2003 financials omitting 04 and 05 as promised ??? These financials are totally inconsequential now to the present day company operations Yaacov is living in the moment and relegating us to 3 years ago without apology or explanation he has suckered shareholders. That is a fact!
More concerning, this is the second time he has waffled on the promise to disclose these SAME financials. It is extremely difficult to understand what can be gained from this behaviour when it is so obvious what we are losing.
TOTAL market confidence.
I'd need a lot more information to determine if he is skimming. The actions of this CEO don't make a lick of sense but the motivation for the behaviour is even harder to make any logic from.
