last time w2 filed in Oct and had withdrawn by December so it looks like the SEC comments shouldnt take more than 2 mos... then there is a 60 day response period which w2 will probably use most of given their past response time... so at least 4 mos before "application to the OTC BB" .... and then the 60 day grace period so thats like min 6 mos.... and more if there are multiple remaining rounds of SEC comments....
the financing dance may inevitably result in more dilution even though it may not be desired, to rebound from that hit will prob take the pilot plant's successful completion which is prob at least 1 year from beginning construction and will prob take a year to complete....
wondering if mclaren taking all those shares to preferred status for the next 2 years might be a sign that means we prob wont see another big boost until that time... he wants a pay out too right?
