hard to tell Jeffrey, but it will be interesting to see if BRCM then wants to go after Samsung (and others) directly. I'll have to listen to the call again, but you could tell that during several questions on work around Q was really squirming in their answers, probably having already set direction before the call that would make it seem...nope, nothing - but there are options, gonna take time, gonna have to test and certify all over the place, gonna hurt the country, gotta appeal to W to veto, get the stay.....but in one answer they explained that it was the patent holder's responsibility to bring suit against a particular handset that may have a "work around" in it....puts BRCM in the position to go directly up against a customer (or potential customer). Didn't Q state recently they (Q) wouldn't go after Samsung and Panasonic directly for use of BRCM chip?
