I can almost buy Atiku's story.....

on that...unless of course, they find a direct money trail. He very well could be telling the truth.

Basically Atiku is saying that Dollar Bill, used his name, as an excuse to get bribe money....when in fact $$$Bill just kept all the money.

Very interesting defense by Atiku!

...and afterall there are easier and less risky ways to steal money in Nigeria, than shaking down a US Congressmen for nickel and dime bribe money.
