Yeah - this one has me scratching my head - I know the company is a POS - but usually that doesn't matter.
A/S is 1.5b - but O/S is only 37,000,000. And looking over the last couple of 10q's there has been no dillution.

I've never seen a commpany with so many filings to the SEC though. They dang near file daily.

Don't know what to think here. Maybe it's such an unGondly monster that there's no hope.

level 2 looks like they could take it down to .01 though. Ask is very thing - really wouldn't take much to move it -
