The post basically means I doubt HMGP will go directly to the Amex from the Pink Sheets. The only companies I know that have done that are reporting foreign companies that are dual listed and move their USA listing from the Pink Sheets to Amex. Dennison Mines of Canada is a recent example. No big deal, just a discussion on uplisting....HMGP could chose to become reporting and list on the OTC, then eventually move to the Amex. FPP is an O&G company that did that...
