when you become diversified you can give more S8 shares to your friends and associates for consulting services.

Then if your friends and associates have other public companies they can give you S8 shares for consulting in return..

It is my understnding that the guitar manufacturing will continue, but the owners of GREM USA are looking to invest in a private nano tech firm and then bring them public. So in reality they have nothing to do with each other, but it is an investment option for GREM

However, I think that Ed is seeking profitability in its genesis. Hence he is aligning purchases with percieved same.
