For real and heres why.

Say it stays .04 w/ forward split of 5:1 that means it will bust it down to .008, which means it would have to work extra hard in order to go WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE because its under a cent and USUALLY when its under .01 people like to fraction it off eg. .0081-.0089 etc. while if it stays above a penny or at a penny then "people" tend to keep it a whole number. At least thats my opinion, which means....NOTHING ;)
