not at all! td waterhouse is the only broker that has this restricted. ameritrade allows online buying and they are all that matters imo. and this has been the case for months -- old news. it's not a new situation, and waterhouse is a drop in the bucket in terms of volume, so it has no bearing on trading whatsover. jmho.
