Ok I do see the Audit word thats a good thing. It takes 3-6 months according to SEC to uplist after the filing. A new 211 form needs to exist and be FILED with SEC not just the MM MICA. Its a dream right now as it would be far in the future IF they had all the numbers....they cant have all the numbers until they stop selling...JMO
